How does he like those flat Abs

Hey Party Girls,

There are several reasons why we aspire to live healthy and look good. May it be for our own satisfaction, medical reasons, or just cause we want to look good in that little dress, we definitely have our reasons.......But, with these reasons come an added bonus......The guys! looking good for ourselves also means looking good for the opposite sex, and even if we are not getting fit solely for their attention, it just comes with the nature. Living and feeling healthy means you live and feel confident, and well... we know what confidence attracts.....

So, Party Girl Fit did a little research, we got 4 guys and asked them a series of questions. As women we have an idea of what we think men like, but what better way to know then to...just ask! So here we go!

Meet our guys:

Ilbert Sanchez 27yrs.
CEO of IJayApparel Clothing Line
@Ijaysanchez

John Cosme 23yrs
Editor/Producer at CBS News Station
@the_john_cosme

Karl Watson 23yrs.
CEO of T.H.E. Kouncil Clothing Line
@Karlthebillionaire

Nic Russo 23yrs.
Geography/Coach Teacher at SGPHS
@thevanillashow

And here's what they had to say......

Q: Would you rather a healthy women, a women who is obsessed with fitness, or a women who just doesn't really do anything (not necessarily over weight, but not active)?
J.C: A healthy woman that is confident in her skin...it can be unattractive to be so self consciousness about your body.
N.R.: I'd rather a healthy woman, I think the thought of an overly obsessed woman makes me think she doesn't have time for me. If I'm busting my butt in the gym to look good for you, should at least be taking steps to do the same for me.

Q:Does working out with a woman provide another level of connection?
K.W.: Yes, I would like to believe working out with your women would provide a positive level of connection.
N.R.:  I think one time I went with a girlfriend and she ran while I lifted, I don't know it kind of felt good, like we were a fit power couple.

Q: What is the one thing you like to be physically fit on a women?
I.S.: I like a women to have a tight stomach, firm arms, and strong legs.
J.C.: Legs, legs and legs!!

Q:what is too muscular, or overly toned?
N.R.: I think other than bodybuilder there is no such thing as overly toned. I used to think girls with abs were gross..until I dated one, and I thought it was pretty hot. So I kind of look for a toned woman, because those squats work wonders on a woman's backside!!!
I.S: Too muscular is a muscular chest or huge calf muscles the size of the incredible hulk. Huge shoulders, and big biceps.

Q:Are you more likely to approach a women in the gym or out partying?
I.S: Out the gym , unless her body is like Tahiry or Jennifer Lopez in 2001.
J.C.: A party, because it is more of a social setting and easier to talk and get to know someone.
K.W.: Where ever is the best situation.
N.R.: Definitely at a party, because like i said earlier the gym is a private experience for me. im not there to be friendly or social im there to go to war against my body

....So Party girls here you are Lets us know what you think about what these boys had to say!!

Decembers Working woman is here!

Hey Party Girls,

This month we have something a little special for you! During the Holidays we get caught up in all the stresses of gifts, money, food, and preparing for Christmas that we forget to stay healthy and maintain an outlet to keep us sane. I'm particularly excited about this months working woman because she is a great example of doing what makes you happy and enjoying life 100%....

This months working woman is Amber Kelly, an amazing example of embracing healthy, life, and fun! Lets check out what she had to say how maintaining her sick body is a priority in a hectic life!

Q: Where do you work and how do you manage to workout, have a social life, and maintain a relationship?

A: It is very difficult at times to manage working out, having a social life, and maintaining relationships with friends; however, it is not impossible. Sometimes, I have to write out a daily schedule in order to visually see when I have free time to devote to various things. I currently work at a charter school in New Orleans, Louisiana and I coach gymnastics at Westbank Gymnastics in Gretna, Louisiana. It has not been easy working two jobs and finding time to workout and spend time with friends, but I do the best I can. I fit in my workouts on days when I do not coach late, which are typically four days out of the week, and I socialize mostly on the weekends. I am a firm believer that you make time for what you feel is important.

Keep checking back as we get a little deeper than normal with this Working woman, and follow her on IG @ayekellyy

You can have your career and your health!

Before Thanksgiving, lets finish out this month with more from our Working Woman who Works out! I encourage you to enjoy all the things this month has to offer. Enjoy the turkey, ham, sweet potatos and anything else your heart desires! But, I also you encourage to maybe not enjoy them all in 1 hour people, enjoy them with the continued celebration for all your knowledge of exercising! you know, that thing called the gym.

Here's what Racquel had to say about her healthy busy lifestyle.

Q: How do you manage to workout, have a social life, and maintain a relationship?

A: It's all about managing my schedule. I manage my workouts on my schedule the same way that I manage my meetings on my schedule. This includes coordinating my hair maintenance around my workouts as well. On busier days, I aim for a quick 20-30 minute run instead of a 90 minute yoga class. This allows me to save time to spend with friends and my boyfriend without the expense of missing a workout. My boyfriend and I sometimes workout together, which makes for a fun date.
Q: Whats your favorite exercise?

A: I've always been a runner. I enjoy pushing myself to my edge. I've found that running and yoga are the perfect balance for me. I love Yoga! I have been practicing Yoga for a year and a half and have developed a social life within in the Yoga community in my city. Yoga allows me to focus on my inner and physical strength. With Yoga I'm able to set goals, track my progression, and just have fun while I workout!

Get Motivated, it all about how you feel, not how you look! Looks will come with confidence!

November's Working Woman who works out, Racquel Hudson

Hey Party Girls,

As you Know Party Girl Fit loves to keep all women motivated, there are no excuses in life and living healthy should be a priority!
For mommies we had a great feature on Christy Joy, the baby Fat Boss! Last month's working woman who works out was Yenory Suejay Garcia.
This month is Racquel Hudson, and we are so excited to have her motivate you guys!

Check out what this Amazing woman had to share about how she lives healthy!

Job Title: Assistant Vice President, Strategic Consulting for Comerica Bank

Q: What is your take on dieting and staying healthy? Do you enjoy life and all it has to offer, do you workout to stay healthy, do you workout for the enjoyment?

A: "Just eat the damn cookie" is my motto. I literally have a sign in my apartment with that quote. I'm a proponent of healthy eating. I find that I feel better and have more energy when I maintain what I consider to be a relatively healthy diet. However, eating one burger, under normal circumstances, for a healthy girl who exercises won't kill her.

I'm a sucker for tacos and a great burger and I allow myself to indulge every now and then. I don't stress myself out about maintaining an extremely limited diet. It doesn't work for my schedule. I think it's important to find what works for you. I'm not a fan of temporary/fad diets. Short term dieting typically leads back to the original results. I prefer to take a balanced approach.

I work out for the mere enjoyment. I love the edge and often find myself craving the adrenaline of a tough workout. The health benefits are an added bonus.

Check back all week as we reveal more about this working woman!

A little more on this month's working woman!

Last week we talking about Yenory Garcia's thoughts on dieting, this week lets find out a little more....
we all want Love, a Career, and our bodies took lok good, How does Yenory do it?

2. how do you manage to workout, have a social life, and maintain a relationship?

I make time for what is important. I have five priorities in my life (Church, Spending Time with Loved ones, Work, Working out, Work and School). Everything else accommodates around those priorities. That means I say no to some things because they are simply not that important to me. I wake up by 6:30am on a daily basis (including weekends) and maximize my days as much as I can. I workout wherever I am! My boyfriend also shares my love for fitness! We workout together and workout when we are not together because it is important to us. I try to live a balanced life and I find my balance in working out, spending time with my family and my awesome BF.

Stay focused Party Girls and you will make your way to Love, Work, and Body!

Don't forget to check back all  month and find out more about Yenory Garcia!

Even Mommy's are Party Girl Fit..

Meet Christy Joy or as she is known on IG @babyfatboss!

The number 1 excuse I here from women is "I have kids, I cant find the time to work out" or "I'm pregnant, I can only walk the treadmill" But guess who Party Girl Fit found! The answer to all of your questions about, how to find the time with kids, and how to get that workout in while pregnant. as a mother of two and expecting a third, Christy Joy is the answer to all the mommy questions! check out what she had to say below:

Q: What is your take on dieting and staying healthy?
A: I think diets only last as long as you stay on them but they're normally so drastic that they becomes increasingly difficult to maintain. I think health is a combination of diet, exercise and R&R (rest and recovery (this isn't factoring in illness outside of our control). To stay healthy you definitely have to have a good balance of those things, diet being #1.

Q: Do you enjoy life and all it has to offer?
A: Everyday I'm grateful I'm still here and thank God for the safety and well being of my family. So, yes, I love life.

Q: Do you workout to stay healthy, do you workout for the enjoyment?
A: I workout for a variety of reasons: Health, enjoyment, structure, sanity, etc.
Q: How do you manage to be a mom, be with child, and workout?
A: I do the best I can but it can be a struggle. When it comes to working out I just don't give myself an option. It's not recreational. I wake up, brush my teeth, workout; it's in the daily routine.
Q. Whats your favorite exercise?
A: My favorite exercise is the one I hate--burpees. They get you ready for everything.
Q: How can moms be confident and comfortable with working out while pregnant?
A: It's great if they have a head start by working out pre-pregnancy. But also making sure the baby is strong, secure and healthy before moving forward. Once that's established, listen to your body, stay hydrated, never allow yourself to be breathless and have fun!!!!

Don't let the excuse be "I can't workout because of the kids". Let the excuse be "I have to workout, because, I have kids!".

October's Working Woman who Worksout!

As successful women the number one problem with staying sexy and living a healthy and happy lifestyle, is finding the time to fit everything in! How do we work 40 hours (or more), find love, stay healthy, look healthy, and remain the life of the party?

Well each month Party Girl Fit will feature one woman that masters all these things and some times more! Giving you a little motivation and guidance on how you can fit in all the luxuries of being a woman, and looking good while doing it!

This months Working Woman is Yenory Garcia. As the founder of iAmHealthyFit , a current graduate student, active in a committed relationship, and many other extracurricular activities she has kept fitness, fun and love major priorities in her life. Check out below as we sat down with Yenory to find out how she manages to be Party Girl Fit!

Q: what is your take on dieting and staying healthy? Do you enjoy life and all it has to offer? Do you workout to stay healthy or do you workout for the enjoyment?

A: I don’t really believe in dieting I believe in changing your lifestyle to fit your health needs and happiness. If when you see yourself in the mirror you don’t like what you see, then change your lifestyle to permanently be the person you will be happy with. I love to be active, it is my stress reliever and it just happens that looking fabulous is an added bonus! I love to go out and have fun and I LOVE food! I started working out because of health reasons, but now I do it more out of enjoyment. I love running and when I don’t do it, I don’t feel balanced, it’s like I am addicted!

check back next to find out how Yenory manages her schedule!
